How the estimator works — three quick steps

Room-by-room: bedrooms, kitchen, living areas
Bedrooms — most volume, least weight per tote. Clothing, bedding, and pillows are light and compressible. Master bedrooms typically take 4–5 totes; secondary bedrooms 2–3; kids' rooms add totes for toys and books.
Kitchens — inverse: less volume, more weight. Pots, dishes, glassware, and pantry create heavy loads. Full family kitchens usually need 4–5 totes; smaller kitchens 3.
Living areas — vary widely with furniture. A sectional plus bookcases and entertainment gear takes 4–5 totes; a minimal setup takes 2–3.

What's included beyond the totes
Every rental includes at least one moving dolly — a $30–$50 rental at most hardware stores. Larger packages come with more.
The assembly-free factor is bigger than most people expect. Cardboard takes 2–3 minutes per box to build. Twenty-five boxes is nearly an hour of assembly before you pack a single item. Our totes arrive ready to load.
